The shipments of the orders are executed with cooperating courier companies.”GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI” & “ELTA Porta-Porta” for shipments within Greece  and “TNT” for the rest of Europe.

The delivery time of our products takes from 1 to 5 days within Greece and 6 to 9 working days throughout Europe .We provide tracking number for all orders. The duration depends on how inaccessible the location is.

Shipping fee 15 € per box

Returns of products are accepted within fourteen days from the date of their invoicing when at least one of the following conditions is valid:

• The packaging of the product is intact and has not been damaged.
• The product has not been used.
• The return concerns a malfunction of the product or its non-identification with the product of the order.
